Small Groups

What is a Small Group?

A small group is a face to face gathering of three to fifteen people who meet together regularly to support each other and explore some aspect of the Christian life. The focus of the group can vary; some groups may meet as a parenting group, others as a dessert social or golfing group.

Joining a small group is a great way to meet new people and enjoy a social time. Some groups have learning as a focus, and you can learn more about the Bible or a certain topic. Most groups also encourage those attending to grow stronger in their faith and closer to God.

Small Group Kick-OffOct 16th

A new season of Small Groups is on its way and we are looking forward to what the Lord will bring in the way of people and material.  We would like to have our kick off for the year on Sunday October 16 in the evening.  At that time we will share some new study ideas as well as old ones that have been done by other groups.

If you are new to the church or haven't been part of a Small Group in the past but would like to join a group please contact:
Charley DeSchiffart @ cdeschiffart@rogers.com or 613-592-3078 or
Marc Lindell@ Marclindell@gmail.com or 613-794-9220

Sunday the 16th is the perfect time to find out what this ministry is all about and what studies will be available to you.  There will be material to browse and sign up sheets for new groups being offered.  Some groups will be offered during theweek as well so there is something for everyone.

See you Sunday October 16th 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  As always Coffee, Tea and goodies will be served.
